Internationally recognized (Cyber Security) firm is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the CRO, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue generation strategies and sales operations. We’re looking for someone with extensive experience leading sales organizations in a B2B & SaaS setting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's revenue strategy
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships with current and prospective businesses
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partner and distribution relationships.
  • Drive integration and alignment between revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, product management, etc.
  • Collaborate across the C-suite in meetings
  • develop and implement scalable processes, to ensure effective usage and data quality that will support accurate forecasting.
  • Lead/participate in contract negotiations
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Hire/train & conduct performance evaluations of team members

Skills You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience of revenue-focused roles on a national level (international experience a plus)
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a SaaS setting
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, strategic selling methodologies, and pipeline and forecast management
  • Exceptional technical aptitude to effectively communicate complex solutions
  • Track record of successfully growing revenue/profitability of a SaaS business through acquisitions and expansion.
  • Cybersecurity experience/understanding (a plus)
