Chief Quality Officer (CQO)
McCall and Lee has been engaged by a Mississippi Hospital to recruit a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to join their executive team. We are seeking a well skilled, highly productive team player to work with their program.
5-7 years of prior hospital quality and risk management experience.
RN and nursing experience preferred.
Experience with Joint Commission.
Experience leading and directing teams while providing proven results.
Bachelor Degree is required.
The Chief Quality Officer is responsible for the following:
Planning, administration, and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.
Oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory, State, Federal government, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization standards.
Oversees Risk Management, Medical Staff Office and affairs, Infection Control and all functions related to physician performance.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The position reports directly to the CEO.
