  • Build and scale operational structure to support aggressive growth for retail stores while driving e-commerce expansion.

  • Lead Operations, Digital Development, Merchandising & Planning, and Sales functions to deliver seamless execution across retail and digital.

  • Identify gaps and implement scalable processes, reporting, and performance frameworks that enable long-term success.

  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive solutions and execute vision with precision and agility.
