• Solid understanding of hospitality culture and large operational environments
• Proven ability to lead multi departmental teams at scale
• Strong owner relationship skills, confident communicator
• High personal integrity and a leadership style that earns trust
• Strong personality, firm but fair, able to command respect
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert plans into clear actions
• Strong delegation and negotiation skills
• Able to protect and reinforce company culture
• High cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with coaching and developing leaders at different levels
• Able to bring structure, clarity and system driven operations
