We are seeking a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our Human Resources department within a dynamic group of Financial Institution companies. This strategic role involves crafting and deploying HR strategies that bolster the firm’s objectives and enhancing a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation. Salary: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's historic values and innovative future goals.
- Lead a capable HR team to advance policies, procedures, and practices that underpin talent management and employee relations.
- Design and implement extensive employee engagement programs including recognition, rewards, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote and nurture a workplace environment that respects diversity and inclusion, ensuring it permeates all levels of employee interaction and development.
- Direct the creation of performance management systems to boost employee performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Guarantee full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources and employee relationships.
- Manage HR financials effectively, with keen oversight on budgets, forecasts and fiscal allocations for HR functions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and implement workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to align with company aspirations.
- Streamline HR operations using advanced systems, technology solutions, and data analytics to support strategic decisions and operational needs.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- O15+ years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a top-level HR executive position, preferably in Public Accounting, Law Firms, or Wealth Management Offices.
- Exceptional ability to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills, capable of handling complex budgeting and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or MBA.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience in international HR management and cross-cultural team dynamics.
- Prior roles in change management and organizational redesign.
