A premier hospitality organization is seeking an enterprising, high-caliber executive to step into the role of Chief Sales Officer for its corporate workplace hospitality division. This pivotal leadership position offers an exceptional platform to drive business growth, expand high-value client relationships, and oversee long-term retention within a substantial portfolio. The ideal leader will motivate and empower high-performing sales teams, cultivate opportunities across a variety of corporate environments, and collaborate effectively with C-suite clients. Based on the East Coast with regular travel, this role features a highly competitive executive compensation package with significant performance bonuses and equity incentives.
Note: This is a remote plus 50% travel role, ideally residing East of the Mississippi (open to considering candidates willing to relocate to the East Coast)
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overarching growth strategies to drive new business acquisition and secure existing client portfolios
. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales, business development, and retention executives
. - Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline, utilizing advanced CRM tools for disciplined forecasting and performance reporting
. - Establish and nurture deeply trusted, long-term relationships with senior C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders
. - Oversee comprehensive proposal strategies, RFP development, and complex negotiations for high-value, multi-year contracts
. - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless execution and risk management
. - Represent the organization and industry at major conferences, networking events, and corporate forums

Position Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management experience within a services-driven or contract management industry
. - Proven track record of managing and expanding large-scale revenue portfolios, with a minimum baseline requirement of handling $500M+ in managed volume
. - Deep foundational expertise within corporate food services, contract hospitality, or business and industry (B&I) dining sectors is required
. - Superb relational leadership skills, with the unique ability to engage effortlessly with everyone from corporate C-suite executives to site-level manufacturing plant managers
. - Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and foster a highly collaborative culture across complex organizational boundaries
. - Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and corporate offices, estimated at a minimum of 50%, with a preference for candidates residing on the East Coast
. - Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred

Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000
- Performance Bonus: 35% annual target
- Executive Equity: $135,000 (comprising restricted stock, stock options, and performance shares)
- Benefits: Full corporate executive benefits package, retirement options, and comprehensive travel support
