Position Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight and Strategy
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with the growth objectives.
    • Manage P&L using QuickBooks, with a clear focus on understanding revenue streams and customer profitability.
    • Provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for revenue optimization.
  • Financing Operations
    • Act as the primary liaison for inbound venture capital interest, fielding inquiries and establishing strong investor relationships.
    • Support capital raising efforts, secondary transactions, and potential IPO planning.
    • Develop and maintain financial relationships, including with VC firms, banks, and other strategic investors.
  • Revenue Insights and Optimization
    • Analyze and report on revenue across four revenue streams, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives that enhance profitability and customer lifetime value.
  • Strategic Growth and Corporate Development (Preferred)
    • Engage in strategic discussions and potential deal-making with banking and corporate partners.
    • Utilize corporate development experience to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
    • Draw on background in venture capital or investment banking to support long-term business development goals.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise current outsourced accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
    • Long term ability to scale and lead a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a preference for experience in telehealth or tech.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong background in managing investor relationships and leading funding rounds.
  • Experience with venture capital, corporate development, or investment banking is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of building and mentoring finance teams.

Compensation $200k-$300k, Unlimited PTO. Remote Friendly. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
