Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a well-established, privately held company in the construction, industrial, and manufacturing space, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team in Kansas City. This is a true business-partner role — the CFO will work closely with company leadership as a strategic and operational partner.

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and the monthly close process, with AP, AR, and a Finance Generalist.
• Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and financial performance planning, including EBITDA and gross margin initiatives.
• Support the company’s SAP/ERP environment and partner with external HR and tax providers as needed.
• Business-minded finance leader with experience in a construction and manufacturing industry.
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable working on-site daily in Kansas City.
