This Role Will Be Responsible For:

Developing and executing financial strategies that align with business objectives and growth plans.
Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and modeling to ensure strong financial performance.
Managing capital structure, investments, and funding strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management, safeguarding the financial integrity of the institution.

Partnering with executive leadership to support business growth, mergers, and investment strategies.

Expectations Will Include:

Developing long-term financial goals and KPIs to measure and drive performance.
Providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and board members.
Managing relationships with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders to enhance financial stability.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.

A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Experience with external auditors, regulators, and investor relations.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry financial best practices.

- Advanced financial acumen, including expertise in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing high-performing finance teams.
