Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare sr. finance leadership role as a CFO, Controller or VP/Director of Finance.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP.)
• Hands on management style. Mindset to be really willing to dig into the details.
• Experience doing an analysis and accessing the finance team and what their needs are.
• Experience accessing if they have the right people or processes to do what is needed.
