Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost containment.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Navigate the annual audit and maintain the organization's financial health.
• Participate in strategic planning and community engagement initiatives.
• Implement automated financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong background in healthcare finance, with experience in critical access hospitals preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to transparency and open communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
