Position Overview

The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for:

• Oversight of all financial operations including revenue cycle, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Leading strategic financial planning and long-range forecasting
• Driving operational performance and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Partnering with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors

Qualifications

• Current or prior acute care hospital CFO experience required
• Experience in an acute care or community hospital setting
• Strong background in revenue cycle and operational finance
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred

• Competitive base salary up to $450,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
