We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial administration, strategic planning, and safeguarding the assets of the entity. As our CFO, you will be responsible for generating accurate and timely financial reporting, developing operational policies, and actively participating in executive decision-making. Salary: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations and ensure integrity in reporting and financial management of the facility.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare financial and managerial reports; administer annual operating and capital budgets.
• Consult with regional CFOs and corporate staff on financial strategies and long-term planning.
• Coordinate with facility CEOs for financial planning and revenue cycle management.
• Participate in negotiations with managed care organizations to optimize payer contracts.
• Lead initiatives for cost reductions and promote a financially prudent culture within the organization.
• Engage in community and board meetings to ensure alignment of financial goals with organizational objectives.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare finance.
• Proven experience as a CFO in a hospital setting (at least 5 years).
• Demonstrable experience with The Joint Commission, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytic skills and experience with financial reporting and expense management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration.
• CPA certification.
• Experience in a senior leadership role within a for-profit healthcare system.
• Experience in managing joint ventures and integrated health delivery systems.
• Expertise in employed physician finance operations and direct physician interaction.
