COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION BASED OUT OF WESTERN WASHINGTON LOOKING FOR HEALTH CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is looking for a strong leader with indigenous values to create harmony, change and growth within the organization.
For more than 50 years, our client has been serving Western Washington by providing community-based services for the Native American community. These services extend far beyond basic healthcare, rather they focus on providing members with healthcare services that fit their lifestyle and advocate for solutions that target the whole person – mind, body and soul
The Health Clinic Administrator will be someone who not only continues to carry on the long-standing mission of the organization but also unites a team of more than 115 medical providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff while creating, resourcing, scaling, and leveraging strategies for broad investment and impact in the Tribal community
Ideal candidates will have at least seven years of management experience, knowledge of current Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) standards, grant writing and fundraising experience. Cultural sensitivity to diverse populations is a must; experience working with Native American and tribal entities is critical
Our client offers incredibly generous benefits, including 100% coverage of employees’ dental, vision and life insurance premiums. You will also have 19 paid holidays, 12 paid vacation days, and up to 12 paid sick days
QUALIFICATIONS:
A master’s degree in business administration, public administration, public health, or finance (preferred)
Prior experience working with and collaborating with Indian Tribes
Experience with Indian Health Services, Tribal Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and Federal Indian Healthcare rules and regulations
Proficiency with revenue cycle experience from patient access to financial services and compliance, billing & coding along with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
7 to 10 years of experience in the successful supervision and leadership of senior level executives within a tribal organization
Must have an understanding of Indian self-governance and Tribal Sovereignty
Proven senior leadership skills in team building and in conflict resolution management
Operational management experience of a health clinic tribal organization
The salary range is $150-170K, depending on experience. Relocation assistance available for the selected candidate to Washington State. If you're an aspiring leader looking to guide an organization and create a harmonious culture that advocates for growth, we'd love to chat with you.
