Olympia, Washington

Our client is looking for a strong leader with indigenous values to create harmony, change and growth within the organization.

For more than 50 years, our client has been serving Western Washington by providing community-based services for the Native American community. Ideal candidates will have at least seven years of management experience, knowledge of current Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) standards, grant writing and fundraising experience. Cultural sensitivity to diverse populations is a must; experience working with Native American and tribal entities is critical

Our client offers incredibly generous benefits, including 100% coverage of employees’ dental, vision and life insurance premiums. You will also have 19 paid holidays, 12 paid vacation days, and up to 12 paid sick days
