Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (comensurate with experience) plus bonus, great benefits, growth potential, and much more!
Chief Engineer Responsibilities:

Chief Engineer Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Preventative Maintenance program
- Hire and train your team
- Ensure safety across the property through proper maintenance of the structure and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair minor malfunctions in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies
- Manage vendors and negotiate services
- 3+ years as a Chief Engineer in a large multi-family housing community or hotel property
- History of success in project management
- Basic construction skills (drywall, tile, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Proven success in building and managing a team
- Proper management of a structured PM schedule
