Our client is a 5* International Chain Resort with +/- 40 Villas and 4 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• 5*, leisure resort and boutique operation experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or similar role
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and cost control
• Proven track record in managing preventive maintenance and handling emergency repairs
• Strong in technical and maintenance
• Familiar with budgeting and planning
• Great personality and positive attitude
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Thinking outside the box/innovative ideas
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Able to work under pressure and understands priorities
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate
• Good team builder
