PRIVATE CHEF – UHNW HOUSEHOLD – DUBAI – PRIVATE CHEF ROLE – AED 30,000–35,000

Marcilly Recruitment’s British UHNW client is seeking an exceptional Private Chef to join their high-end private household in Dubai.

This Private Chef role is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef with a background in UHNW private households, superyachts or luxury environments, who can deliver consistently outstanding cuisine to the highest standards.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Bonus, gifting, medical insurance, annual flights, all food provided on site
Start date: ASAP (notice periods accommodated)

The Private Chef will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily meals within this UHNW household, maintaining a well-organised and immaculate kitchen, and providing a seamless dining experience tailored to the principals’ preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing high-quality, nutritious and well-presented meals on a daily basis
Designing bespoke menus tailored to the principals’ tastes and dietary requirements
Sourcing premium, seasonal and organic ingredients
Managing all aspects of kitchen operations including provisioning, stock control and cleanliness
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Adapting to last-minute requests and changes in schedule
Preparing meals for guests and small events when required
Working closely with the household team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Private Chef within UHNW private households, superyachts or luxury environments
Strong culinary background with the ability to deliver a variety of cuisines to an exceptional standard
Experience preparing fresh, healthy and high-end cuisine within a private household
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Calm, flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules
Discreet, professional and service-oriented
Excellent attention to detail

This is a relaxed, family-style UHNW household; however, standards are extremely high and consistency is essential.

The principals travel regularly, which may allow for some flexibility during quieter periods.

Important:
Only candidates currently based in the UAE or those with prior GCC experience will be considered, as per the client’s requirements.
