Chef de cuisine

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Be responsible for the modern fine dining Mediterranean restaurant
  • Report to the Executive Chef who handles the financial and administrative side of culinary
  • Create menus, train kitchen staff, handle service and manage restaurant's kitchen
  • Dishes are simple classic Mediterranean using top ingredients and with a slight modern flair and presentation

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Speak Spanish and English
  • Michelin level cooking experience
  • Experience in Mediterranian in top restaurant or hotel (Spain, Italy, Monaco or S. France)
  • Sous Chef or higher
  • Lots of energy and creativity
  • Valid passport
  • Culinary education


IT IS A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:


  • international experience

YOU GET


  • 2500 - 3000 USD net per month depending on experience (its very inexpensive to live in Dominican Republic) plus 300 - 400 USD per month net in tips
