We are working with a UHNW private client in Riyadh who is seeking a highly organised, health-focused Private Chef to support a small household.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a strong understanding of specialised dietary requirements to join a private household environment with a calm and structured schedule.

The successful candidate will be confident preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary needs, including diabetic, vegan, and gluten-free diets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily meals for a small household (3–4 individuals)
• Designing and delivering tailored menus aligned with dietary requirements
• Ensuring meals are balanced, clean, and nutritionally considered
• Managing kitchen organisation, provisioning, and stock control
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
• Preparing meals in advance where required to support a flexible schedule

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Private Chef within UHNW households or high-end environments
• Strong knowledge of specialised diets (diabetic, vegan, gluten-free essential)
• Highly organised, discreet, and able to work autonomously
• Calm, structured approach with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the household
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented

Additional Information:

• Live-out role, though flexibility can be offered depending on candidate circumstances
• Schedule to be confirmed, with potential for structured hours due to advance meal preparation
