Our client is a 5* Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to Executive Sous Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Experience working at 5* hotels
• Previous experience as #1 CDC is not a must; strong current #2 Sous Chef ready for the next step up will also be considered
• Strong in Western cuisines combined with knowledge in Asian cuisines
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Working knowledge of mathematics for recipes, ordering, and financial research purposes
• Good English both spoken and written
• Excellent in food cost and stock control
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A high standard of presentation and grooming at all times
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekend and shift work, as dictated by business requirements
• Readiness and ability to initiate action
• Mature, professional outlook
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Computer literate
