Our Client is a 5* International Chain Resort with 300+ Rooms and large F&B operation in Bali.
This role will be in charge in one of their restaurants, and will be reporting directly to Executive Sous Chef and Director of Culinary.
Please note that this position is available for Malaysian, Chinese, Macao, Hong Kong nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in similar position
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Additional knowledge of South East Asian cuisines is a must
• Strong organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Ability to delegate responsibility, handle multiple tasks and show a high level of patience
• Good English both spoken and written
• Creative and innovative
• Computer literate
• Results oriented, motivated, hard working
• Excellent working track record
• Strong training and coaching skills
• Able to motivate subordinates and others
• Good leadership skills and result oriented
• Strong communication with F&B service team
• Knows how to operate all kitchen equipment
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Flexible and able to work independently
• Well organized, hands-on, energetic
