Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.
This role will be reporting directly to the Chinese Executive Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Chinese nationals only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Good English both spoken and written
• Experience in similar position
• Strong experience in Chinese Restaurants (Part of 5* Hotels/Resorts and/or free standing)
• Good exposure to fine dining / Michelin *
• Able to deal effectively with VIPs in a luxury environment
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese cuisine with a preference of Cantonese cuisine
• Strong organizational skills with great eye for detail
• Ability to delegate responsibility, handle multiple tasks and show a high level of patience
• Creative and innovative
• Computer literate
• Results oriented, motivated, hard working
• Excellent working track record
• Strong training and coaching skills
• Able to motivate subordinates and others
• Good leadership skills and result oriented
• Strong communication with F&B service team
• Knows how to operate all kitchen equipment
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Flexible and able to work independently
• Well organized, hands-on
• Young, energetic
