Chargeback Specialist full time in NYC, WALMART experience a plus

Our client is an innovator in fashion that designs and manufactures a variety of denim, apparel, and accessories.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Manage accounts, WALMART experience a plus,
  • Process heavy volume of claims such as planning, pricing, returns, shortages, and shipping compliance fines
  • Navigate portals and pull large volume of chargeback detail and submit disputes
  • Prioritize workflows for all aged claims, follow up, resolution, and repayment.
  • Identify and analyze customer accounts and resolve disputes including pricing, EDI errors, purchase order discrepancies, and billing errors
  • Interact with internal and external contacts, distribution centers, resolve disputes and coordination issues and take action to reduce future occurrences
  • Identify cause of disputes and initiate internal corrective action
  • Help compile chargeback disputes as proof for submission.
  • Following up with customer for payment
