Chargeback Specialist full time in NYC, WALMART experience a plus
Our client is an innovator in fashion that designs and manufactures a variety of denim, apparel, and accessories.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage accounts, WALMART experience a plus,
- Process heavy volume of claims such as planning, pricing, returns, shortages, and shipping compliance fines
- Navigate portals and pull large volume of chargeback detail and submit disputes
- Prioritize workflows for all aged claims, follow up, resolution, and repayment.
- Identify and analyze customer accounts and resolve disputes including pricing, EDI errors, purchase order discrepancies, and billing errors
- Interact with internal and external contacts, distribution centers, resolve disputes and coordination issues and take action to reduce future occurrences
- Identify cause of disputes and initiate internal corrective action
- Help compile chargeback disputes as proof for submission.
- Following up with customer for payment

- Must be able to work independently

- MUST be able to communicate with customers
