JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Set-up/Change-Over Specialist position open in Simpsonville, SC.

Shift Schedule: 12 hours shifts and positions open on AM and PM schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Breaking down machine to set up and prep for new product.
  • Troubleshoot and run to ensure line runs properly.
  • Document set up and change over details.
  • Collaborate with operators and process engineers to resolve quality issues.
  • Assist control equipment technicians and team members in diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Train other associates on technical procedures and systems as needed.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 1+ years of Set Up/Change over experience.
  • 3+ years in Machine Operating systems are.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and breaking down machinery.
  • Ability to relay logic and interpret schematics/blueprints.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Skilled in drive wiring, programming, and bus systems.
