ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

 

The Change Management Deployment – CONTRACT will be responsible for the deployment  and change management for ERP applications.

You Will:

Ø     Deploy an ERP application(s) to the end-user across multiple sites.

Ø     Apply change management expertise, procedures, etc. to handle the impact of change in regards to workflows, end-user experience, and facilitate user feedback.

Ø     Create and manage the operational and support structure required for a successful deployment.

Ø     Be intimate with the technology associated with ERP application(s), technology and/or infrastructure
 

 

Requirements:

 

Ø        10+ years change management and/or project management experience involving ERP (i.e. SAP, Touchpoint) or similar projects 

Ø        Solid Change Management background including the ability to put together a deployment strategy and plan

Ø        Wide understanding of financial services, a retail banking background is highly preferred.

Ø        Ability to garner “buy-in” at all organizational levels

Ø        Technically savvy with a software background

Ø       Good communication skills and solid documentation skills

Ø       Excellent facilitation skills with end-users, peers and senior management.

Ø       Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned

Ø        Experience creating, implementing and managing structured change management methodologies and frameworks

Ø        Bi-lingual (English and French) is a must
