The proposed resource must hold a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related discipline). Proof of education is a copy of the degree issued by the academic institution

M3

The proposed resource must hold a recognized change-management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP CCMP, APMG Change Management, or any certification recognized by the Change Management Institute).

**Proof of certification must be provided.

M4

The resource must have a minimum of 6 years of cumulative experience in Organizational Change Management within the last 10 years.

To substantiate this experience, the Bidder must provide the following details for each relevant project (a project must have been completed or commenced by the bid closing date):

a) Project description;

b) Name of the client;

c) Organization for which the work was performed;

d) Project name and/or reference number;

e) Duration (start and end dates in MM/YY);

f) Roles and responsibilities;

g) Tasks performed demonstrating relevant experience;

M5

The proposed resource must have experience on at least two (2) non-overlapping IM/IT projects with a duration of six (6) months or longer for each project and must have been delivering change management support in a Federal, Provincial or Municipal Government of Canada department or agency, within the last 5 years.

To substantiate this experience, the Bidder must provide the following details for each relevant project (a project must have been completed or commenced by the bid closing date):

a) Project description;

b) Name of the client;

c) Organization for which the work was performed;

d) Project name and/or reference number;

e) Duration (start and end dates in MM/YY);

f) Roles and responsibilities;

g) Tasks performed demonstrating relevant experience;

M6

The proposed resource must have experience on at least two (2) non-overlapping organizational restructuring, operating-model, governance, or organizational realignment projects with a duration of three (3) months or longer for each project and must be within a Federal, Provincial or Municipal Government of Canada department or agency, within the last 5 years.

To substantiate this experience, the Bidder must provide the following details for each relevant project (a project must have been completed or commenced by the bid closing date):

a) Project description;

b) Name of the client;

c) Organization for which the work was performed;

d) Project name and/or reference number;

e) Duration (start and end dates in MM/YY);

f) Roles and responsibilities;

g) Tasks performed demonstrating relevant experience;

M7

At Contract award, the Bidder must demonstrate that the organization holds a valid Designated Organization Security (DOS) clearance and that all proposed resource(s) have Reliability at the time of contract award. Resource must also be eligible for Reliability Status and able to handle Protected B information.

**Documentation must be provided, including the security file number.
