Position: Change Management Analyst - JP31355

Duration: 1 Year (potential extension or convert to PERM)

Location: Toronto

The Senior Change Management Analyst primarily leads, plans and executes on end-to-end delivery of moderate risk and regulatory projects, throughout the change management lifecycle.

Your Accountabilities Include:

  • Add a diverse range of stakeholders, communicating effectively and assessing potential change processes and diverse audience issues and objectives; may work directly with business owner / sponsor
  • Identify change adoption metrics
  • Support, clarify and lead work packages including constraints and prioritizing customer experience
  • Conduct meaningful analysis to make recommendations, assess effectiveness and manage risks
  • Enable business operations compliance, internally and externally (e.g. financial, regulatory, other controls)
  • Assess, understand, recommend and manage decisions to meet customer needs and quality experience
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders and collaborate with partners across bank to drive successful change
  • Identify and lead problem resolution in your assigned area of responsibility
  • Be the change – a brand ambassador for change, your business and the bank, internally and externally

Job Requirements:

  • Five (5) or more years of related experience, working in a project environment
  • Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, project management, organization practices and business transformation
  • Ability to act as change management lead for moderate risk and regulatory projects
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively when speaking or writing
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships, succeed in a team and work independently
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
  • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education / Accreditation

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Relevant Change Management accreditations are an asset

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience with rolling out upgrades to different audiences
  • Experience with CHANGE management

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prosci Certification
  • Banking/Financial experience
