Certified Respiratory Therapist – Hudson, FL

Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

We’re hiring a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join a collaborative and fast-paced care team supporting patients across all age groups. If you're passionate about improving breathing and quality of life, this role offers autonomy, impact, and growth in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures
• Accurately maintain departmental records and document therapy provided
• Function independently when team leadership is unavailable
• Develop and implement individualized Respiratory Care Plans

Requirements

• Completion of an AMA-accredited respiratory care program (Associate’s required, bachelor’s preferred)
• Current Florida CRT license
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within six months of hire
