Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
We’re hiring a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join a collaborative and fast-paced care team supporting patients across all age groups. If you're passionate about improving breathing and quality of life, this role offers autonomy, impact, and growth in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures
Accurately maintain departmental records and document therapy provided
Function independently when team leadership is unavailable
Develop and implement individualized Respiratory Care Plans

Requirements

Completion of an AMA-accredited respiratory care program (Associate’s required, bachelor’s preferred)
Current Florida CRT license
BLS certification (AHA) required
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within six months of hire
