This Nurse Anesthetists will perform specialized and critical nursing duties for surgical patients before, during and after surgery. - 7am - 3pm
- Bread and Butter cases, Ortho, ENT, Podiatry, Pain, Uro, GYN
- 5-6 ORs

- Administer anesthetics to patients and monitor their care during surgery

Always have a MD on Call - Primary Call
Also have two CRNA's on Call - as 1st and 2nd Call; however they still only take call once during the week and one of every four weekends.
Currently have 4 MD's and 7 CRNA's on staff
We are looking to add a full time CRNA to a large Non-Profit Hospital in the heart
Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests. Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students. Key Responsibilities are performed under the direction of the anesthesiologists according to the policy and procedures of the Department of Anesthesiology.
Reports to Chief Anesthetist for operational issues and to Anesthesiologist for clinical.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
