Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated medical team in Geneva, NY, located in the scenic Finger Lakes Region. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work within both OR and surgical center settings with a focus on quality care and professional work-life balance. Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and adjust as necessary during surgery.
  • Ensure optimum patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all anesthesia interventions.
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to enhance department efficiency and service delivery.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
  • Strong understanding of pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to anesthesia care.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, surgeons, and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under the pressure of tight schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New graduates of accredited CRNA programs are encouraged to apply, though experience is an asset.
  • Prior experience in OR and surgical center settings.
