- Compensation: $22.00 – $32.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview
A premier, global aerospace component manufacturer is seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator for its fast-paced production facility. In this role, you will set up and operate grinding machinery to produce high-precision metal parts that meet rigid aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Perform setups and run multiple cylindrical parts on specialized centerless and cylindrical grinding equipment.
- Quality Control: Read blueprint schematics and execute precise measuring on critical aerospace parts.
- Tooling Maintenance: Select appropriate grinding wheels and perform standard wheel dressing.
- Precision Inspection: Utilize precision gauging instruments to hold tight shop tolerances down to
.0001”.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience operating centerless and cylindrical grinders.
- Able to read blueprints and experience with precision gauging of aerospace parts
- Solid understanding of industrial shop mathematics.
- Prior background working with metals and a clear comfort level in heavy industrial environments.
