We are actively hiring a manager to join the Catastrophe department. This role will be responsible for working with internal and external business partners with handling and disposition of all catastrophe related claims (wind, hail, earthquake).

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in Claims Management environment (multi-state experience preferred)
  • Understanding of claims process at all levels
  • Ability to evaluate large and complex claims
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving Record
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus!
