About Our Client

Our client is a successful consulting firm that is a cornerstone behind many Federal Government initiatives. As a Case Manager, you will be coordinating with customers and clients, navigating invoices, schedules and documents, utilizing various technology and tools for document management, administration, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for onboarding, contracts, and background checks. In this role, you will be supporting customers and clients, as they navigate through potentially overwhelming circumstances with your compassion and professionalism. You will be successful in this role if you bring;

  • Post Secondary Education and/or certifications in administration
  • Experience in medical and administrative fields
  • Previous experience with case management software for the administration of cases, records and documentation
  • An understanding of the process and policy surrounding the case management process
  • Compassion and professionalism
  • Clear and effective decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French bilingual preferred)
