Position Responsibilities:
A premier liquid logistics brokerage with a mission to innovate their customers supply chain through a fully customizable suite of services.
The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring carrier coverage and successful pick up for bulk freight. To create and maintain relationships with carriers across the US to support true partnerships with trusted carriers. This critical role will drive the overall success of our operations team and allow you to strengthen your skills within the transportation industry. Challenge is to successfully grow new and existing customer accounts by providing required carrier capacity and superior service and ensuring best practices are being utilized by all team members, while increasing revenues and margins.

Background Required:
  • Carrier Sales in non-asset environment (2+ years)
  • Strong Negotiation Ability
  • Create a carrier following utilizing historical data and carrier management techniques.
  • Carrier Procurement KPI’s (i.e. load count, revenue, margin, load count, call logs)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Residence: Home Office (USA)
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • Non-Asset Bulk
  • Education: College Graduate - BA or BS
