CARDIOVASCULAR SURGERY - TUCSON, AZ

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established cardiothoracic surgery program at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson. This employed position with Carondelet Medical Group offers excellent case volumes, hybrid OR with robotic surgical platform, and collaboration with a strong cardiovascular team.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $650,000 - $850,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus (uncapped), sign-on bonus, relocation
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, malpractice with tail

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- Clinic: 1-2 days/week (~12 patients daily)
- OR: 3-4 days/week (5-7 surgeries weekly)
- Hybrid OR with robotic platform
- Support: practice manager, MA, surgery scheduler
- Collaboration with interventional, advanced valve, and EP teams

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Dedicated surgical days + outpatient clinic
- Shared, compensated call at two facilities with one other CT surgeon
- APP support available

TUCSON, AZ

REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery
- MD or DO from accredited school
- AZ license or eligibility
