Capital Account Manager – Northeast Territory

Our client is seeking a high-performing, consultative sales professional to drive capital equipment growth and deepen customer relationships across the Northeast. In this strategic role, you will manage a robust sales pipeline, lead product demonstrations, conduct on-site consultations, and work directly with healthcare teams to solve operational challenges that impact patient safety.

Medical device experience is not required. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader who understands complex, solution-based selling and wants to break into the rapidly growing medical device field. You’ll receive full product training and ongoing clinical support while representing technology that improves how hospitals reprocess and protect surgical instruments.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of quota-exceeding sales experience and thrives in a consultative, metrics-focused environment. You must be tech-savvy, organized, and confident engaging customers in person and through digital channels. This position combines remote productivity with regular territory travel, trade shows, and hands-on customer interaction.
