Camp Facilities Manager
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Zion National Park area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Facilities Manager with a background preferably in Maintaining grounds for Camps, Parks, and other Facilities including electrical, plumbing, septic, gas, irrigation, generators, etc. This position would manage a small crew and earns a generous base salary + a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have Minimum 3+ years of Facilities Management experience in Parks, Camps, Institutions (schools, living facilities, etc.) or Hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with Operations including tracking profitability, overseeing departmental finance and budget compliance in tandem with labor/material costs is a MUST
- Experience with Inventory Management duties including monitoring materials stock, pricing, procurement/ordering, budgeting, etc. are a MUST
- Evaluating, developing and preparing reports on NPS (Net Promoter Score) and eNPS action plans is a BIG PLUS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Trade School experience is a BIG PLUS
