Job Description

Our client is looking for a Call Centre Sales Associate to join their growing team.

Essential Functions:
  • Take inbound calls or make using inbuilt dialer to assist clients with soft sales
  • Performs moderately complex transaction processing work
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines
  • Incumbents have a good understanding of their specific product or functional area and are flexible
  • The successful candidate should have problem solving and analytic mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a target driven environment is a must
  • Ensure that the calls are handled as per Desktop procedures
  • Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met
  • Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by
Process Excellence standards:
  • Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
  • Must have a National Senior Certificate ( Matric Certificate)
  • Must have a Clear Credit record
  • Must have a Clear Criminal record
  • International call centre experience required (1year)
  • 6 months Sales, Call Centre experience (advantages)
  • Must be fluent in English (Level B2 English Proficiency)
Salary and benefits:
  • R 6500 Basic
  • Night shift allowance
  • Utilization bonus
  • Uncapped commission
  • Transport provided if working late
Shifts - 24/7 Rotational shift environment. Between 3pm and 6am
Location - Based in Cape Town, Western Cape
