A well-established and growing distributor in the HVAC, Building Automation, and Industrial markets is seeking a Customer Service I or II Representative to join their Orlando team. Known for top-tier service and strong vendor partnerships, this company supports contractors, OEMs, and system integrators across the Southeast.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and day-to-day service needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Accurately enter and process orders using an ERP system
- Assist customers with product information and technical support (training provided)
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle returns, shipment tracking, and problem resolution professionally
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Support walk-in customers with their order needs
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Call Center experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or industrial products
- Experience in a distribution or supply chain setting
- Familiarity with Salesforce
