Are you a Call Center Professional - a Customer Service Whiz!... Look no further. We have the opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Representative in our client's call center, you will perform routine customer contact and/or customer account-related functions, including receiving and processing orders over the phone, interpreting, analyzing and resolving customer inquiries, billing and/or credit issues by telephone, through written communications, reporting, and/or notification from internal/external sources.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Starting Pay: $14.00/hr.
- 3+ years’ experience: Customer Service, administrative or professional environment with Telephone Experience
- Strong Internet/Network Concepts.
- Proficiency in computer, business math, and business communications, problem-solving and organizations skills.
