Job Description:

Advanced Imaging use equipment to visualize internal structures, blood flow and obtain measurements. American College of Radiology (ACR) and Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) are the 2 guiding bodies used in Imaging. In the Radiology settings, ACR is followed. In the Cardio-vascular Ultrasound setting, IAC is followed..

Education, Experience, Training:

  • Proof of completion of an AAS or equivalent program required.
  • Graduation from an accredited program with clinical experience required.
  • Registered and/or certified by ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, ARMRIT, CNMT, MQSA credential required.
  • License required if required by state.
  • Current and valid BLS (AHA) certification required.
  • Previous experience in performing imaging on patients of all ages, especially hospital-based experience preferred.
