Salary: $64,710 - $89,675 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic CT scans on patients, providing critical data for accurate diagnosis.
  • Maintain optimal operational standards for imaging equipment and protocol compliance.
  • Assess diagnostic images for quality and clarity, ensuring each meets internal and medical standards.
  • Collaborate closely with medical staff to discuss procedures and outcomes and support patient management.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during CT exams, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with technological and medical advancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient interactions in compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Support radiology department goals for patient care quality, team communication, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiology Technology.
  • Valid licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Certification in ARRT with a specialization in CT (RT(CT)).
  • Strong understanding of CT technology, patient positioning, and exam techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekend calls.
