CT Technologist Job Summary

As a CT Technologist, you will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional diagnostic accuracy. CT Technologist Responsibilities

In this CT Technologist role, you will:

Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures using advanced diagnostic imaging equipment
Prepare and position patients accurately for CT scans and imaging procedures
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the imaging process
Follow established CT imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning
Administer contrast materials when appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions
Maintain compliance with ARRT standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements
Accurately document imaging procedures within PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and maintain quality imaging standards

Required Qualifications

Current ARRT Certification with CT credential (ARRT-CT)
