About Our Client

Our client, one of the world’s largest online gaming and sportsbook companies, is looking to hire a CRM Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has worked with a CRM system, and also has skills in HTML and an interest in gambling / iGaming.


The CRM Coordinator will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and building the CRM calendar
  • Keeping track of information and communication
  • Testing, sending and scheduling email campaigns
  • Build distribution lists
  • Help create and analyze campaigns, manage templates and reporting on performance
  • Provide insights to senior leadership


  • 1+ year of CRM Experience
  • Knowledge of HTML editing skills
  • Experienced with email marketing campaign software (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Understanding of the best practice for email content production and design
  • Data driven approach and experience with reporting tools
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in campaign creation and execution
  • experience in segmentation and targeting
  • Great communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word
  • Knowledge and familiarity of iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Fantasy sports and betting terminology would be considered an asset
