CRM Administrator- Sandy Springs/Dunwoody

The CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall maintenance and integrity of the data within CRM platform. The Administrator will drive data cleanliness, implement and document data processes and best practices, and maintain data controls within Platform.


  • User permissions and roles

  • Approval processes
  • Confidently manage large datasets, including cleaning and uploading large data imports from Excel CSV files into the CRM Platform
  • Perform daily audits to uncover and correct data inconsistencies, validate new accounts, remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, and standardize data entries
  • Perform monthly procedures to update account executive account assignments and quotas
  • Investigate recurring data issues to identify root causes and, where appropriate, update data management policies and procedures
  • Provide internal quality assurance testing for CRM platform enhancements and new workflows
  • Document data cleanliness best practices and serve as the subject matter expert to support end users
  • Configure the CRM platform for new users, including account executives and sales managers
  • Monitor a CRM Support email account, providing timely responses to user data-related questions


  • Bachelor’s degree, or 1-3 years’ experience in data governance
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience with SQL queries a plus
