COO/CFO - Manufacturing Industry

Location: Alpharetta

Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 per annum plus incentives based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COO/CFO to join our team. The successful candidate will have a heavy focus on operations, manufacturing, finance, and HR, and will play a critical role in driving the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and manufacturing functions of the company, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively
• Manage the company's financials, including preparing and analyzing P&L statements
• Lead and manage the HR team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
• Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement company strategy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma processes improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on operations and finance
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
