This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Swiss Machine Programmer & Operator to join a thriving OEM machining company located in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. Salary: Up to $54,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes ensuring high quality and precision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Inspect finished products using various precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Program CNC machines to optimize efficiency and productivity according to specific blueprints and job orders.
• Maintain equipment, performing regular checks and adjustments to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to discuss and resolve machining or assembly issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Train and assist other machinists and operators, enhancing overall team skills and performance.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
• Reside within a reasonable commute distance (45 minutes) from the facility in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
• Demonstrated track record of reliability and a solid work history.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with newer CNC machines, less than ten years old, is highly desirable.
• Advanced certification or training in CNC programming or machine operation.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment.
• Capability to work flexible shifts, either 1st shift (8 hours/day) or 2nd shift (10 hours/day).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor less experienced operators.
