This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop programs, drawings, and workbooks using 3D CAD/CAM software.
  • Manage CNC work orders, materials, and fixtures.
  • Edit CNC programs as needed and perform first-piece setup on CNC machines.
  • Troubleshoot CNC programming and tooling issues.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams for new job approvals.
  • Assist CNC employees with job operations and inspections.
  • Support tool crib setups and general shop functions as needed.
  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced shop math skills.
  • Proficiency in using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
  • Experience with basic hand tools.
  • Ability to design and select specialty cutting tools and fixtures.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, SolidCam, and Microsoft Office.
