Los Angeles, CA Full-Time Direct Hire
💲 $28.00 – $46.00/hour 🌙 $2 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

Join a growing precision aerospace manufacturing team seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate advanced CNC equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate 4–5 axis CNC Mill machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work orders
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling
- Maintain quality, safety, and production documentation
✅ What You Bring
Required
- 2+ years of 4-5 axis CNC Mill machining experience (aerospace preferred)
- Experience with precision inspection equipment
- Strong understanding of GD&T and tooling fundamentals
- Knowledge of shop safety practices
Preferred
- Experience with Mazak machine, Fadal, Toyoda
- Familiarity with CNC G-code
- Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills

Training Schedule:
All 2nd Shift new hires will start on 1st shift for training (5:30 AM – 6:00 AM start time, or earlier if overtime is required).
Once training is completed and you transition to 2nd shift, a shift differential will be applied.
