Join a growing precision aerospace manufacturing team seeking a skilled CNC Mill & Lathe Machinist to set up and operate advanced CNC equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 4–5 axis CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling
• Maintain quality, safety, and production documentation

✅ What You Bring

Required

• 2+ years of 4-5 axis CNC Mill & Lathe machining experience (aerospace preferred)
• Experience with precision inspection equipment
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tooling fundamentals
• Knowledge of shop safety practices

Preferred

• Experience with Mazak machine, Fadal, Toyoda Mills
• Experience with Okuma or Hardinge Lathe machines
• Familiarity with CNC G-code
• Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills

Training Schedule:
All 2nd Shift new hires will start on 1st shift for training (5:30 AM – 6:00 AM start time, or earlier if overtime is required).
Once training is completed and you transition to 2nd shift, a shift differential will be applied.
